Do I need to have a Buckwood reservation?

YES! You must have a reservation for overnight or a day-pass at Camp Buckwood to receive Buckwood Wellness services. If you haven’t already, please head on over to Camp Buckwood‘s website and create a reservation to avoid your appointment(s) being cancelled.

Can I reschedule or cancel my appointment?

If you need to reschedule or cancel your Buckwood Wellness appointment, please contact those you booked with as soon as possible. It is greatly appreciated that you give your provider enough time to offer the time-slot to other individuals. The contact information for the provider should be included in the e-mail confirmation you received. If you did not receive this confirmation, please contact us!

What payment options are available?

Our Buckwood Wellness service providers accept various forms of payment such as but not limited to Cash and Credit Card.

Do I need to pay in advance?

Currently, all payments are processed at the time of service.
